• Helpdesk or remote troubleshooting support
• Emergency breakdown support
• On-site visits for critical failures
   

Cybersecurity Measures:

• Implementation of security patches
• Firewall and antivirus updates
• Monitoring for unauthorized access
   

Spare Parts & Inventory Management:

• Maintaining critical spare parts (if included in AMC)
• Stocking essential components for quick replacements
   

Training & Documentation:

• Training for operators and engineers
• Providing updated system documentation
• Knowledge sharing for troubleshooting basic issues
